Purchase Credit Cards
Purchase credit cards or reward credit cards are fairly self explanatory what they are. Simply if you buy things you end up getting money back on your purchases. The other advantage is credit cards may also offer you additional protection if something you have bought is lost, damaged, or stolen. Both your credit card statement (and the credit card company) can vouch for the fact that you have made a purchase if the original receipt is lost or stolen. In addition, some credit card companies offer insurance on large purchases.
Also some purchase credit cards give more money back if you purchase from a particular shop or shops.
Sometimes instead of giving money they will give you rewards such as vouchers or percentages off for a particular store. You might even get free tickets to an event.
Remember though - don't get sucked into over-spending because your credit card provider is giving you 2% back on all your purchases. If you cannot pay the money back in full each month then your going to end up paying interest on your purchases rather than making money.
The other thing you need to think about is - do you actually need what you are buying or are you convinced that buying the goods is actually saving you money?
